The Pointe Savant® All-Access Pass is a one-time fee of $297 for lifetime access.
Do you have a free trial for Pointe Savant®?
Yes – to access a free trial, recruiters must be invited by a candidate via Pointe Profile link. After clicking the link, recruiters can sign up for our free PreView app to view that particular candidate’s content for 7 days. A recruiter can be invited to view free content by up to 9 candidates. A credit card is not required. After 7 days, the employer must sign up for our Pointe Savant app.
How many candidates can I view in your database today?
ProNetwork is brand new! As our user base grows we’ll share the number on the network and website. Join us!
What kind of support can I get if I get stuck?
We’re here for technical support Mon – Fri from 7 AM – 10 PM. We do check for requests during off-hours and weekends but much less frequently. As with any new technology, software, system, product, etc. we expect some problems and bugs, and so you should too. We are fully committed to giving our users the best support and addressing issues as fast as possible.
Is there an additional charge for each video interview?
Not if you act today and purchase an all Access Pass! After this deal closes, interview credits will be available for purchase in addition to the monthly subscription fee.
Can we connect with Connexion Pointe® with our ATS?
The best way to integrate Pointe Savant with you Applicant Tracking Systems is to add the keywords “Connexion Pointe”, “Pointe Profile” or similar terms you ATS filtering criteria. Alerting candidates that your screening activity is “Profile friendly” and alerting them to those keywords is key!
Is it possible to source candidates on ProNetwork without a Pointe Savant account?
No. A Pointe Savant account in good standing is required for ProNetwork access.
Can I source candidates from somewhere other than ProNetwork?
Absolutely. Create your screening event in Pointe Savant and share wherever you source talent. Candidates using your link will have to complete a form to access the tool and to establish a Pointe Profile® account, which enables you to ask follow up questions through the app.
Is Pointe Savant® suitable for executive search?
Yes! As a matter of fact, because our Pointe Profile® app offers such a vast amount of information in a compact, well-organized, and easy to use package, our platform and Pointe Savant® are very well suited for executive search.
Can I access Pointe Savant® on my mobile device?
Mobile devices are not supported at this time.
