Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Joining the Affiliate Program

Customers who purchase masterclasses on the Career Equity LLC site are automatically enrolled into the Career Equity LLC Affiliate Program. In exchange for providing genuine promotion of Career Equity LLC products and services, Career Equity LLC will pay the Affiliate a 30% Commission of the price (excluding tax) of any masterclasses sold to a third party who accesses careerequityllc.com through a unique referral link on the Affiliate’s website. The current percentage is subject to change by Career Equity LLC at any time without notice. The Affiliate represents and warrants that they have the legal authority to enter into an agreement under these Terms.

Generating Commissions

Upon enrollment to the Career Equity LLC.com Affiliate Program, you will be issued a unique URL, which will be made available in the Affiliate area, and allow you to be paid for affiliate referrals. For any sale to generate a commission to an Affiliate, the customer must complete the order form and remit full payment for the masterclass ordered through our checkout pages. Word-of-mouth referrals will not result in an affiliate commission being generated. Career Equity LLC will only pay commissions on sales when the customer uses the Affiliate’s unique links. Referral links should point to the main Career Equity LLC website homepage or masterclass sales pages. Career Equity LLC will pay no commission for affiliate links to documentation or pages in the knowledge base. The cookies used to track usage of the referral links are stored for 14 days. If a customer purchases a masterclass after the cookie has expired or from a different browser or device, Career Equity LLC will pay no commission.

Career Equity LLC will be asking you to connect your debit card or Bank account (ACH) information so you can get paid as smoothly and efficiently as possible. Your data will be safe. Career Equity LLC will store no sensitive financial data on the Career Equity LLC website. It will be securely stored on Stripe servers. Stripe is our industry-leading super-secure payment processor.

Recourse for Affiliates

Career Equity LLC may modify any of the terms and conditions within this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion. These modifications may include but are not limited to changes in the scope of available referral fees, fee schedules, payment procedures, and Affiliate Program rules. If any of the modifications are UNACCEPTABLE TO YOU, your only recourse is to terminate this Agreement. Anyone wishing to opt out of the Career Equity LLC Affiliate Program should contact us. If you CONTINUE PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM, it will be considered as your acceptance of and agreement to be bound by the terms herein and any change.

Affiliate Payments

Career Equity LLC pays affiliates once a month, on the 30th of each month. There is no minimum payout.

Commissions will only be paid for valid referrals. Career Equity LLC reserves the right to reject any referrals for any reason which we believe to be in violation of these Terms. For example, referrals will typically be rejected if any of the following applies:

  • The sale that generated the commission has been refunded.
  • The referral method violated our policies or the spirit of our policies.
  • The purchase was made by the affiliate – for example if they bought a masterclass for their own use.
  • The referral came from a link on a coupon sharing or discount site.

No commission will be paid for transactions that are later subject to refunds or chargebacks. If Career Equity LLC has already paid Commission for a transaction which is later refunded or charged back then the Commission already paid will be deducted from a future payment. Career Equity LLC will keep accurate and up-to-date records of the data used to calculate the Commission owed to the Affiliate. The relevant totals will be made available to the Affiliate via the Affiliate Area of careerequityllc.com.

Taxes

Career Equity LLC is not responsible for any taxes that the Affiliate owes due to their participation in the Affiliate Program. The Affiliate is responsible for their own tax filings.

  • If you are a US citizen, you will get a 1099-MISC tax form reporting your commission earnings on behalf of the site owner, from Sandhills Development, LLC. as they are the ‘merchant of record’. Sandhills Development, LLC is automating everything and moving the money around, so the IRS considers them the entity paying you (the affiliate).

Delivery of Masterclasses/Services

Career Equity LLC will be solely responsible for processing and fulfilling every order placed by a customer via affiliate links. Affiliates are not authorized to collect payments or sell any careerequityllc.com products through other websites as a “reseller” and no “resale” rights are granted in ANY way. Affiliates are not authorized to sell any of these products on eBay or other auction sites. Affiliates are not authorized to copy, reproduce or give away copies or reproductions of any of these products. Careerequityllc.com is solely responsible for all customer service inquires. Customers who purchase products and services through the careerequityllc.com.com Affiliate Program will be deemed to be customers of Career Equity LLC. Accordingly, all rules, policies, and operating procedures concerning customer orders and service will apply to those customers. We may change our policies and operating procedures at any time. Prices and availability of our products and services may vary from time to time. Careerequityllc.com policies will always determine customer pricing.

Code of Conduct

Affiliates are expected to promote Career Equity’s products and services in an accurate, ethical and responsible way. Career Equity LLC reserves the right to request that any online material the Affiliate has published relating to the products and services is removed from the Internet. The Affiliate agrees to and must comply with any removal requests within 48 hours. Qualifying Sites – Careerequityllc.com reserves the right to remove any affiliate and/or refuse any site entry into the careerequityllc.com Affiliate Program based on site content. Sites that do not qualify for the Affiliate Program include sites which:

  • Promote sexually explicit materials
  • Promote violence
  • Promote hate speech or groups involved in any such activity
  • Promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age
  • Promote illegal activities
  • List coupon codes or discounts that were NOT officially provided to them byCareer Equity LLC, If an affiliate would like to promote a coupon, Please contact us and we can work with you. You may NOT promote coupon codes you may have found elsewhere online. Doing so will result in the termination of your affiliate account and withholding of affiliate payments for violating our affiliate agreement. All decisions in this regard are FINAL.
  • Career Equity LLC may terminate the affiliate without notice if it is clear that you joined the affiliate program with the intention of breaking these terms.
  • Infringe or otherwise violate any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of Career Equity LLC, Connexion Pointe®, ProNetwork™ or any other brand or sites.

Spam Policy

Career Equity LLC strictly prohibits affiliates from using spam e-mail and other forms of Internet abuse (including spamming forums, blogs, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media platforms) to seek sales. Spam is defined as including, but not limited to, the following:

  • Electronic mail messages addressed to a recipient with whom the sender does not have an existing business or personal relationship or is not sent at the request of, or with the express consent of, the recipient through an opt-in subscription;
  • Messages posted to Usenet, forums, Twitter, Facebook, and message boards that are off-topic (unrelated to the topic of discussion), cross-posted to unrelated newsgroups, posted in excessive volume, or posted against forum/message board rules. Please be conscious of forum rules! If a forum owner or moderator complains that an affiliate has spammed, the affiliate account will be permanently terminated after confirmation.
  • Content posted on free blog websites for the sole purpose of keyword spamming or comments posted to legitimate blogs that violate the comment policy of the blog owner.
  • Solicitations posted to chat rooms or to groups or individuals via Internet Relay Chat or “Instant Messaging” system;
  • Certain off-line activities that, while not considered Spam, are similar in nature, including distributing flyers or leaflets on private property or where prohibited by applicable rules, regulations, or laws. Career Equity LLC may undertake, at its sole discretion and with or without prior notice, the following enforcement actions:

Account Termination: Upon the receipt of a credible complaint, the Career Equity LLC Affiliate Program manager may investigate the complaint, and if necessary, will then terminate the affiliate account of the individual implicated in the abuse. Termination results in the immediate closure of the member and affiliate account, the loss of all referrals, and the forfeiture of any unpaid commissions accrued to the account.

If you wish to report a violation of our Anti-Spam Policy, please forward all relevant evidence to affiliates@careerequityllc.com.

Indemnification

The Affiliate indemnifies and holds harmless Career Equity LLC for any claim, damage, lawsuit or other consequences arising out of any breach of the Affiliate’s warranties under these Terms; or any other cost arising out of the Affiliate’s promotion of Career Equity LLC or any of it’s partners products or services. Career Equity LLC Media shall not be liable for any loss of profits or costs, or for any other direct or indirect damages arising out of any loss, suspension or interruption of service, termination, or any other performance of services under these Terms. If any part of these Terms is held unenforceable or invalid for any reason, the remainder of these Terms will continue in full force and effect.

Limitation of Liability

Career Equity LLC will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages (or any loss of revenue, profits, expenditures or data) arising in connection with this Agreement or the Program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Further, our aggregate liability arising with respect to this Agreement and the Program will not exceed unpaid accrued commissions payable to the affiliate under to this Agreement.

Disclaimers

Career Equity LLC makes no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to the Affiliate Program or an affiliate’s potential to earn income from the Affiliate Program. In addition, we make no representation that the operation of the websites or the Affiliate links will be uninterrupted or error-free, and Career Equity LLC will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors.

Miscellaneous

Non-enforcement of affiliates’ strict performance of any provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of our right to subsequently enforce such provision or any other provision of this Agreement. If any of the provisions of this Agreement are determined by a court to be unenforceable, they shall be severed from this Agreement, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. By signing up with the Career Equity LLC Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read this agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions. You have independently evaluated this program and are not relying on any representation, guarantee, or statement other than as set forth in this agreement.
